Below is everything you need to know about starting your tenancy with us.
Tenancy Agreement
You will be issued a General Tenancy Agreement (Form 18a), outlining the full terms of your lease.

Rental Bond
A bond equal to four weeks' rent is required before moving in.

Paying Rent
Rent must be paid on time as set out in your lease.

We want you to enjoy a safe and well-kept home. Emergency repairs are treated with urgency, and routine repairs are arranged promptly with qualified tradespeople.
How to report maintenance issues:

Include a clear description of the issue
Add photos showing the problem (if possible)
Provide the property address
