Welcome to Your New Home

Below is everything you need to know about starting your tenancy with us.

Tenancy Agreement

You will be issued a General Tenancy Agreement (Form 18a), outlining the full terms of your lease.

  • Lease start and end dates
  • Rent amount and payment frequency
  • Bond amount
  • Any special conditions

Rental Bond

A bond equal to four weeks' rent is required before moving in.

  • Securely lodged with the RTA
  • Refunded at end of tenancy
  • Subject to property condition and outstanding rent

Paying Rent

Rent must be paid on time as set out in your lease.

Entry Condition Report

We'll provide an Entry Condition Report (Form 1a) before you move in.

  • 7 business days to review and return
  • Document property condition at start
  • Used for end of tenancy assessment

We want you to enjoy a safe and well-kept home. Emergency repairs are treated with urgency, and routine repairs are arranged promptly with qualified tradespeople.
